short of a really really hot day on Chatrier I don't see Rafa mounting any sort of resistance against Novak. That's just the reality now. Novak has seeped into his mind

As I said early, Nadal had 2 days off but to counter that, Djokovic got way less match play due to Nishilori's retirement but Mc is too fucking dumb to cop that

I think Nadal always has a decent chance at RG against Djoker. Whole different ballgame

He said it on the commentary that Nadal was at a disadvantage for having 2 days off !

It seems crazy GrandSlam. Because we just haven't seen anyone dominate after 30. Fed has been the best 30+ player ever. But or maybe 32+. But Novak could rewrite those books for sure. Fed and Nadal held him off as long as they could. But they'll cede the stage to him I guess from last years Wimbledon on out.

it's utterly bizarre in a way, but I think Roger presents more of a challenge for Novak in slam finals now

Agreed FB. They almost always have close sets. There was the one sided one here a few years ago but Roger at least won a set as a geriatic

if Roger could learn how to return Novak's serve it would be game on, but that's his biggest issue against Novak and I'm fkd if I can understand wy
