Jiri Lehecka, by mutual agreement has ended his coaching partnership with Tomas Berdych, will continue to work with Tomas within the Davis Cup team
Jiri team remains the same, coach Michal Navratil, fitness coach Radek Stepanek and physio Carlos Carvalho

China is the front runner to host the Davis Cup Finals from 2026, despite being a tough ask for the players to travel to China at the end of a long season. Also the round-robin group state is going to make for a home/away tie in September ( source Stuart Fraser@stu-fraser)

Ke Nishikori WC for Hangzhou
Marin Cilic WC for Hangzhou
These guys aren't letting go. Milos, too. To be fair to Cilic, he was still good as recently as 2022 - he finished #17, reached a Slam SF. Nishikori did reach the QF at Canada, but hasn't been a top 20 player since 2019 when he finished #13. He was in the 40s in 2020-21, missed all of 2022, played one tournament in 2023, and is "coming back" this year.

Stan's the big name I'd expect to retire next.

I have to agree with you regarding Wawrinka to retire, it would not surprise me if it is the end of 2024, I know he is set to play at the Stockholm Open tournament in October, but I will wait for Stan's official statement of his retirement.

Taylor and Matteo were in a fashion show over the weekend looking dapper, but a bit too covered up. If I had great hair like Taylor, I certainly wouldn’t let them slick it back like they did. Let that hair fly.

Meddy foolishly/recklessly threw a racket against Shelton in Laver Cup. Racket ended in the first rows of the crowd seats, almost hit someone. If it did, it would be a default.

Meddy is a shell of himself. All these losses in slam finals has really zapped his confidence and zeal. I honestly don't know what he can do about it. Maybe hiring a sports shrink to talk it through will help.

His game really went down. Zverev's too, he is clueless right now against Big Foe. His baseline game is poor, he can't hit a winner even if he wanted to.

Sascha finished off Francis in 3rd set TB! I'm amazed these people are acting as if this exhibition meant something outside of bragging rights!:slap:

Zverev eeked out a win. He finally started to play more agressive after he was down a set a and a break. Lots of tensions here in Laver Cup. Tiafoe was so angry at the end.

Tiafoe was livid & IDK why! This is a tennis exhibition; nothing more, nothing less to me! He cared so much, looked as if he was going to go full "Carlos Alcaraz" & destroy that racket! I've been there & went thru enough rackets to open a store of my own! I stopped counting at 60+! :astonished-face::anxious-face-with-sweat:

Disappointing loss for Foe, exho or not. This is the same play he displayed a few weeks ago in the USO SF. He had Tay on the ropes and didn't finish it off. Lack of focus, belief, whatever you want to call it, it will probably cost them this "bragging rights" title. I don't see Charlie gifting Team World the win.
