There is a lot of bitching in the ESPN booth. All of dem geriatrics talk too much. The only one that talks about tennis is Johnny Mac.The rest of the women are menopausal and angry at the world for their hot flashes.
I think you meant Hot Flushes Tossip not Flashes lol!

My point taken with Saba, Udvardy trying to serve a body serve to Saba, not hitting the right spot and Saba unleashed a fhand down the line with interest
If I was Udvardy I would use more slice, you havent got the power to upset Saba

Good first match from Saba, serving, hitting clean, impressive 63 61
As I said before if she can watch her margins in this tournament she can be a big danger

Goodness me soo many great match ups today at Wimbledon, having to make up for the washed out matches yesterday

One match that is a stand out for me, is Karolina Muchova vs Jule Niemeier
Muchova who has had a injury plagued career thus far, having to spend time off the tour, she showed off her all court game in the final at Roland Garros this year, though to me her game suits the grass to a tee., hopefully she can remain injury free, I have always been a big fan. Niemeier is no slouch on the grass she made the QFs at Wimbledon last year, interesting match up, though I feel Karolina will have the upper hand in this match up.

Good to see Anett Kontaveit winning her match in SS against Stefanini 64 64, remember this is Anett's last tournament, as she has to retire due to a back injury, she will play Bouzkova in the 2nd round

No 8 seed Maria Sakkari bites the dust and is defeated in 3 sets by M. Kostyuk 06 75 62....quite frankly I am not surprised by this result, back to the drawing board for Sakkari who continues to have a ' sub par' year.
Back to back losses 1st round losses at Slams for Sakkari so far this year!

OMG, you told me no on her, but first round? And she won the first set to love?? I might have to give up on her. This is getting to be like championing Muguruza. Bummer.

That is back to back 1st round losses at Slams this year Moxie, she has a great coach in Tom Hill, it's her mental game that needs help ASAP, winning the first set 6-0 and then going away?

It may be time for a new coach. She seems stuck in a rut and she's very reliant on him. She communicates w/ him after every point. That's not healthy and not really helping her as evidenced by her sub par results. She needs a shake up to wake up. To rediscover her love for the game. Someone who can give her tangible goals to achieve and garner excitement and motivation.

Mark P was seen coaching her at grass tournaments along with Tom, though there was no confirmations if Mark P was a permanent arrangement, maybe just for the grass season, anyway she needs help, mentally, though we have already said that, maybe a new coach at this point in time is needed

That is 10 straight very good sets of tennis on grass by Iga Swiatek, into R3 with a 62 60 win over Sorribes Tormo, Parry or Martic next

Wimbledon so far has been lacklustre, and the only bright spot was Roger Federer sitting in the stands like James Bond.No nice outfits, and they are all dressed and play the same except for Katie Boulter..

Early days so far, though I must say the rain delays and cancelled matches, this year at Wimbledon have been very frustrating
