Wow, stupid Seniors acting like kids! Someone told me to "Fk.off" so I ignore her, but these little tantrums occur periodically thru her frustration!
Excuse me I did not tell you to F Off okay stop making up lies. I told you to ignore me after your low comment regarding Rafa.I understand you dont like Rafa, well enough was enough okay.
It is okay for you to make such low comments, though when someone challenges you cannot take it

One of the things I loved at the finish of the match when Rafa climbed up to hug his family and how Roger's dad helped him,at the end of the match, the ceremony was held in eerie darkness.2008 was a great year for Rafa, completing the Channel slam is one of the hardest things in tennis to achieve, that is why I always held Borg in high esteem.

He is, and so is @Fiero425 a great poster! Indispensable experience and knowledge of the sport!
Well maybe he can take a leaf out of Don Fabio's book and respect other players for starters.Don has never down graded Rafa or other players, he gives the respect that is warranted. That is why Don Fabio is my favorite Novak poster, and other players in general. There is more than having knowledge in tennis BTW,and stop making up lies about me for starters, as I said he can make low comments about players, when he is challenged he has a 'hissy fit'....it is soo childish.

Fun Fact at the Championships this year,

A portion of strawberries and a lashing of cream will set you back 2.50 pounds at Wimbledon.

Very last minute, but a reminder to those who play or want to, to get in your picks for the Draw Challenge before start of play tomorrow!

Are you actually going to stay around this time at Wimbledon, Kieren and Rafanoy have left us....
Yes ma'am .. I understand the importance of having members posting actively.. plus as I stated before. Posting during this SW19 fortnight isnt stressful.. AO and RG was extremely stress now he has two in the bag.. I feel relaxed.. I was hoping the other folks would too

Good to know, Rafa has no pressure on him at present.everything he will achieve now is just an added bonus.Agree I dont need to go back to the AO again this year, I was fine at RG, I knew Rafa would win, it is his backyard.
One day when I feel up to it I will rewatch the AO....seeing I know the result:)

My usual pre Wimbledon ritual is to rewatch the 2008 Wimbledon final Rafa v Roger....as usual I had my special rosary beads alongside me, which I needed lol!
A few others mentioned re-watching that match. It was a great one. I do miss the debates with the likes of our dearly departed Darth, who insisted that, while he had never re-watched a minute of it, he remembered fully well how Roger was only half-speed, and the grass played slow, etc. I guess the debate is finally settled...it really was one of the greatest matches of all time. I will give it a revisit myself, hoping that now is the time for Rafa to repeat. He does have the tougher draw, though. Hard to see Novak not making the final unless he steps on his own foot.

As I said Rafa has no pressure on him at Wimby this year, he has not played for a few years, if he can make it through to the 2nd week he can be dangerous...I miss Darth he had a really dry sense of humor.I also miss Federberg, Britbox, Front seems to be posting more now, maybe when Roger returns later this year, some of Rogers fans will re-appear again
