Rafa Nadal's 3rd match against Sonego will be the last match on CC on Friday, this is their first meeting.
I cant believe that Nick K v The Young Greek match is allocated to Court 1,

Ben Fatto Jannik defeats the Serve Boat Isner in straight sets 64 76(4) 63!
I think having Darren Cahill on board in his coaching team has helped Jannik with his grass court game

"Expectations;" his, his family, the management, the sponsors, and of course the entire country of Canada! As a child, Shapo had to be pulled from all directions! We heap so much onto their shoulders at such a young age! Agassi really resented it all from family to Bolleteiri during those early years! They're told they're special and if results don't match up, there's pressure to bare! Denis got to the Wimbledon SF last year! I wouldn't have expected him to defend that regardless, but ....! It's hard and even harder to replicate; hense what makes Fedalovic absolute "freaks of nature!" This kind of sustained excellence wasn't possible in the pros before! It was easier with little competition back in those early Amateur days! These guys are good today and gaining even more experienece with the challenger ranks! I'm in awe of the resilience of the "Big 3!" Everyone else will always fall woefully SHORT! :astonished-face: :shushing-face::fearful-face::sick:

You mean 'You are all corrupt' Shapo lol! when Denis gets his temper under control he might find his tennis game again
I might add he hasnt won a match since he beat Rafa at Rome this year, won his first rd match here at Wimbledon though he did have his usual meltdown he was a semi finalist at Wimbledon last year.
He is also his own worst enemy at times, blaming anyone and everyone for his defeats. His focus at times is zero in a match
I much prefer watching FAA over Shapo any day.

He is rarely talked about here in Canada,no one cares for him like that.Canadians love their hockey and tennis is an afterthought.

Mr. Problem Solver Carlos Alcaraz with a very impressive win over Otte. He has two wins over tricky grasscourt veterans ( Struff & Otte) and is on to the 4th round. Again his movement on the grass looks fantastic and the return of serve looked good. Mixing in a good balance of aggression & net play and those offensive drop shots are like buttah…

Alcaraz impressive in his match against Otte 63 61 62 with just 8 UFE and 35 Winners
Alcaraz will play Jannik in his next match
Crazy low error count. Given all the hype about his apparent elbow issues, they seem non existent and he's been well under the radar. Gonna be a serous contender now. Otte had a very good grass season till now so that's some beat down.

I was a bit hesitant about Alzaraz at first, seeing he hasn't much grass court experience, I feel his coach JCF has helped him in many ways translate his game to the grass. The Kid is 'special'
