Here's an interesting fact: Since the 2021 Wimbledon, the player that beats either Shapovalov or BVDZ in the slam, that player has gone on to reach the final or win the whole slam

2021 Wimbledon: Djokovic beats Shapovalov and wins title
2021 US Open: Medvedev beats BVDZ and wins title
2022 AO: Nadal beats Shapovalov and wins title. Medvedev beats BVDZ and reach the AO Final
2022 RG: Nadal beats BVDZ and wins title.
THAT is bizarre a statistic as anyone has ever come up with, IMHO. You officially have too much time on your hands. lol.

To be fair, I did not realize that statistic until one of my friends showed me in social media.

Also, remember the comparisons that I showed you guys between 2019 US Open and 2022 AO (both Nadal wins)? Now, THAT was bizarre...

Andy Murray won't be playing Hurlingham, he's practicing and feeling better, but the injury still hasn't healed fully.Murray feels he's got enough matches under his belt.

Alcaraz seen on the practice courts wearing an 'elbow brace" though according to his coach JCF it is just a 'slight elbow problem', probably more of preventive measure at this point in time.

I’m glad he won, but beating the current version of Stan — on grass, no less — isn’t a shock or great accomplishment. If it had been Berrettini or Novak, I would see it differently.
Lets see how he goes against FAA in a few days, though this is a 100% improvement on his previous 2 practice session, he lost to Dimitrov and Majchrzak.
