As of right now the Top 5 seeds will be

1. Medvedev
2. Zverev
3. Tsitsipas
4. Rublev
5. Nadal

Rublev is the biggest biggest beneficiary here as he gets his own quarter. Zverev is a close 2nd as he does not have to face Medvedev until the finals.
