Jo is one of my favorites,he has flair and panache.Felix can a lot from Jo about having fun on court.A lot of these young players should learn to have fun on court especially Medvedev Rublev FAA and Zverev.
I wish even if I had to sacrifice a GS final at RG over the greatest champion Nadal it would be Jo. I can't understand why he doesn't win the sportsmanship or whatever it's called award.

Actually, when I saw Safiullin featuring again, I was wondering about him. It's easy to note his name, given the similarity to Safin. Is he someone to watch?
Apparently he is a Russian junior phenom where he took multiple scalps of his compadres: Med, hair dude, Karen, etc. But it's taken him longer to break through than the others.

Felix comes through in 2 hard fought TBs and will play hair dude in the final. Safuillin, the former Russian junior gave all he had. Great fight. Let's see how he does going forward.

Help me Matteo ever since you started wearing Boss your game has gone southward loses the first set to youngster Alcarez 62
Okay he did redeem himself winning the 2nd set 62
Matteo this is a 3 set match okay...not like at the AO where you went 5 sets?
Just started the 3rd set and the match has been suspended due to rain again.
I went for a run and cam back to check the results
Alcarez d Matteo 62 26 62 Vamos Alcarez! this tournament has been hindered by long rain delays.

I agree with all of this. I will also remind everyone, since there is so much talk of Rublev as "he who has the best hair in tennis," Jo-Wil is definitely "he who has the best smile in tennis." It's hard to think he hasn't got one foot out the door, and he's going to be very much missed when he's gone.

FAA will go for back to back titles on Sunday after defeating Safiullin 76(4) 76 (5)
Win or lose tomorrow v. Rublev, I see they are both in the Dubai draw. Rublev seems to love to over-play, but I wonder if Felix will stay in.

Speaking of Dubai, as I'm working through the draw challenge, Djokovic doesn't have an easy early path, for a guy who hasn't hit a ball in anger yet this year. Musetti first up, who is not a threat, but he's young and talented. Next up is winner of Khachanov/De Minaur, then potentially RBA, who has troubled him in the past. And is on-from, having just won Doha.

In other news at Dubai, how do I deal with Shapo these days? He gets Fucsovic first round. Murry, btw, has a qualifier. Then, maybe, Sinner. A lot of good players in Dubai, as usual.

What impressed me with FAA he won the crucial points in the t/break in both sets BTW he is now 15-3 in t/breaks.
Rublev loves playing ATP500 he is a master at those tournaments lol!
I havent looked at Dubai draw as yet

Carlos Alcaraz who had to play 2 matches due to rain delay has defeated Fabio Fognini 62 75
Alcaraz will play Schwartzman in the Rio final tomorrow.
BTW if Alcaraz wins the final tomorrow he will reach the Top 20

I was surprised to hear Kyrgios saying he is the most entertaining player in tennis.Tsonga has always been popular and doesn't need drama Tsonga and Monfils are popular and are naturally entertaining.I remember John Isner angry at the fans at an event in US because they were cheering for Gael more and booing him.

Nobody is going to give any credence to what comes out of wicky Nicky's mouth. He is just a glorified doubles specialist at best at the present.

Felix should have broken Rublev and captured the 2nd set. He is beating himself.
