Those appearance fees must be nice at Laver Cup other than Roger retiring this year and sending him off in style it offers nothing else. The only good thing about it is it comes after the slams so you don’t ruin your shot at one if you get injured.

Yeah, it’s an exhibition. I never even think about this when it’s on. And I think a pity of Rogers timing of his announcement means that Rafa is playing it this year. He probably was always going to play it but I think he’s mad too. Roger must have some photographs of Rafa that embarrass him, or something…

I'm looking forward to Moselle and San Diego starting tomorrow.

Moselle I'll be watching Ymer, Korda, & Ruusuvuori. Keep track of Sonego, Rinderknech and Musetti.

San Diego it'll be Ruud and Brooksby.

I think Roger genuinely wants to play doubles with Rafa one last time.

I’m going to say it after Casper wins a slam. I wouldn’t be mad if he took a second to be the next James Bond. He looks nice in all the suits he wears.

I’ve long thought Rafa and Roger will end up similar to rivalries such as Evert/Navratilova and Borg/McEnroe — deadly serious when on court, but friends who respect each other off court.
They’ve always been kinda friendly, haven’t they? I think that was more to Rogers detriment than Rafa. Rafa always seemed like the elder one in their relationship, somehow…

In his farewell announcement, Roger called the Laver Cup his last ATP event to play B4 retiring IIRC! That's such a joke! I can't take it seriously!

In the final of Rennes challenger final between Thiem and Humbert

Humbert d Thiem 63 60

Thiem was far from his best, as the score line suggests

Wow that's very disturbing that he has fallen down so far .. he needs to go to the Nadal academy

I dont know what the answer is at this stage, his opponent for a challenger final, was tough, challenger events are tough, I think a lot of people think they are easy.He needs to keep positive, keep at it, I mean he has no other option, maybe a visit to the Nadal academy could be a wise move

Having not seen the match, I’m not sure what happened. Maybe Thiem was nervous about being in a final again. Hopefully, he improves because at this juncture he shouldn’t be getting a bagel.

Dominic Thiem's next tournament is Metz, he is using his PR, lets see how he fares, the top seed is Medvedev.
