I completely understand that, and my post has nothing to do with what the govt of Victoria choses to do, v. Tennis Australia. It was about personal choice, and really kind of just what people around here are predicting. I'm saying that those who seem on the vaccine-resistant side think that Novak will stand by his principles, which they happen to agree with. I'm saying that, however cynical it may be of me, I think he'll go with his ambitions, get the vaccine, and go to Oz. But he IS still hedging his bets, as you note from his post-match presser. And he's running out of time, if he has yet to get double-vaccinated, and get to the 2 weeks after the 2nd shot to be fully immune. If I look at the calendar, and assume he hasn't been vaccinated at all, he basically had to get his first jab tomorrow, and the next one in a month in order to arrive in OZ with full immunity, per government protocols, if they hold with the notion that you have to be two weeks past your 2nd jab to be fully immunized. Tick, tick, tick, Novak.
