Don't make us all laugh please. It took 12-12 and a 5th set TB for the world number 1 in his prime to beat a guy who is 38 in 3 weeks lol. It's the expected result but don't act like Djokovic is superior. He BARELY won and is almost 6 years younger and in his prime playing a guy who many thought would have retired years ago. Roger blew it, plain and simple. His legacy on the line and he blew it.
this is what happens after the choke, as expected. it's hard to believe that they would have the face to gloat, after Fed lost all sets he was in a position to win, and still claimed Djokovic is better.

sometimes the better player lost, even Becker said that....and he was supporting Djokovic. But as a former great, he was at least sporty enough to admit it.

There is a reason Djokovic's supporters are mostly human scums. They can say things without even the slightest hint of conscience.

Roger was great set 1 then choked it away and then pretty shitty after and he managed to lose to a C level Djokovic. Whenever there was a big moment in sets 1,3, and 5 he sucked. Sets 2 and 4 were all about Novak's atrocious play. Roger handed it on a silver platter, is it possible to play 2 worse match points on serve aside from double faulting?

i am laughing actually, as i knew that you guys were going to say he's an 'old' man (who beat red hot rafa in semis) if he lost but if he won, that he's so amazing. HAHA HA!

Nadal was not red hot and and hadn't been challenged prior to meeting Roger. He is fucking old. It's a FACT. Do you seriously think 6 years doesn't make a difference? You're fooling yourself.

So you were a Sampras fan, then moved to Nadal when he dominated Fed. When Djokovic started beating Nadal, you ditched Nadal and moved to Djokovic. Which means if another player comes and stops Djokovic’s progress, you may move back to Nadal. You are the most fickle fan on this forum,

Yep, he dumped Nadal like a bad habit once someone else started beating Roger. It's predictable.

Hahahahaha. What i saw today was a match where novak dictated what happened. Roger played a high level for 5 sets, djokovic played his top level for 3 sets, gave away 2 sets to fed. Isn’t it amazing that he still won? Shows you djokovic is KING. When he’s on, fed can’t beat him, when he’s off, fed sneaks in sets.

Watch out... 16 slams... we are getting tight!

Wait, the three sets the guys wins were TB's, he saved set point in one of those, then two more MP's in the other, was clearly outplayed in the first set, and he DICTATED? He deserves all credits for holding his own and turning the match around, only true great champions can do that, but the only thing that he DID NOT do was to dictate.

He was in a position to win EVERY set, against a guy who is 6 years younger....as far as I know, being that much younger is a huge advantage.

And Fed still held MPs. You should be thankful that none of those serves clicked on those points, Djoko had no play on Fed's good serves.

The definition of things on this board is very different, depending on the poster, and depending on the agenda.

Losing that first set TB when up 5-3 was bad. Once he lost those mps I knew he'd blown it.

Darth I do get choking. But how to explain losing two championship points on serve? It's as if he had a desire to lose. SMH.

Federer also hit way more winners, somehow Djokovic dictated?

I think it's time to look at what his fans are made of.

then set point in second tiebreak, then championship points in third tiebreaker.

sometime you wonder if there is justice perceived in sport.

This is a fucking kick in the stomach. He might as well have lost in straight sets. This is like murdering his fans and committing suicide,

Congratulations Djokovic on winning 16 grand slam title + 5th Wimbledon, but even I have to say Federer should have won that match, unlucky for him he played awesome tennis in the final.

It was not even an EVEN match, Fed was ahead in EVERY set yet lost. Massively ahead in all important stats and still came up short.

I actually didn't like Fed the person, but tennis-wise he should've won no matter how you look at it.

I'm actually entertained, i have to admit that it's entertaining to deal with sore loser fed fanboys, it's crazy the excuses, arguments you all make after Roger loses.

and i'm confused. Fickle? So, like you, i'm only supposed to support or like 1 player? That wouldn't make me a true tennis fan would it? you guys aren't really tennis fans, you are Roger fanboys, it's a big difference.

and since you bring it up, i'll give you a bit of history since you seem SO INTERESTED in my history as a tennis fan. The first player i enjoyed watching was Boris Becker, then Sampras, then Agassi (but sampras > Agassi). When they played each other, i didn't care who won. Along came Roddick Hewitt etc... i didn't like them, i thought they were unworthy of following on Sampras, Agassi footsteps. Along came Federer and i did enjoy watching him, was glad he put a stop to the interlopers like Hewitt and Roddick. I actually didn't like Nadal at first - the sleeveless shirts, long hair, came across as cocky and obnoxious. I then realized Nadal was humble, hard worker and a good kid. Somewhere along 2006, i started to favour Nadal over Federer mainly because Federer acted very cocky, was a very sore loser when he lost to Nadal. He called Nadal a grinder, 1 dimensional...and was just a total sore loser back then. Along came Djoker and i became a fan of his game, around 2007 when he started making his move. When dJoker-Nadal play, i don't really have a favorite, i tend to slightly favor Djokovic because his personality is more like mine - fiery, emotional during matches. If Nadal wins, great too.

I also like Del Potro...

so there you have it, get it right!

meanwhile, are you a real tennis fan or just a roger fanboy?

even those who don't like Fed can see that he should've won this match.

I don't know how shameless some Djoko fans can be.

I think Roger is going to win a slam before he retires...
No sorry but Federer not winning any more slams that was his last chance, but at least he smashed Nadal in the semis. Of course Nadal did the some at RG.
