It's not real. My guess is the funds are transferred electronically into the winner's bank account.

Federer should have come to net even more it really works for him. He also did not serve that well to begin and made way too many forehand errors. This seems to happen when he plays Novak lately. I still think Fed can potentially beat Djo in a 5 set match he just has to find a way to be more consistent. This was such a bummer. And yes as a previous poster mentioned in a few years Nole's play will begin to decline as well. We also have so many good younger players coming up we should see the old guard being tested even more. It's amazing Federer at this point in his career is still playing this well though, his willingness to add wrinkles to his game is fascinating. Also I get annoyed when he lets himself get in the chipping pattern to Novak's backhand he could go up the line with a chip a little bit more to keep him honest at least.

The crowd was worst of all four majors this year, lol

I don't blame him for not thanking them

I used to think the RG 1/17 was the pits, but tonight's 4 of freaking 23 break points converted is truly a stat for the Hall of Shame - SMH. Congrats to Djokovic

djoko is sick of the federer love-in all over the planet.

This NY crowd is the worst of all, just a bunch of nasty folks. Cheering on every serve netted by Nole, give me a break:mad:
