Yo BB. I agree, I don't think that she meant anything bad about Czechs.
But, is it really lady-like to swear like that in front of cameras for the whole world to see? I will fess up and say that even I sometimes utter the F word, but never in public.uzzled
And for all those that drag Nole's parents into this, they have never sworn at other players publicly in English or Serbian!!!! They are guilty of cheering loudly for his son, but even they congratulate Nole's opponents (like Murray and his mom after that Wimbledon win). Plus they are rarely in his box in recent years and even when they show up, they are a model of decency, unlike others.:snicker

Interesting. I am not sure it makes it right though. It would be tough to explain it to the peoples of countries you are naming, but I guess she does not worry about that...

Billie said:^^ I agree BB. Still, a bit disappointing to see her face like that in rage and with all those F words. We should be able to control ourselves, I mean that is what separates us from animals, right?
It doesn't really offend me that much and I will soon forget about it, but if she were to say something about Serbs in this manner, then she would be on my bad list for forever.![]()

I dunno Billie. I remember going to football (soccer) matches in my younger days. I wouldn't care to judge anyone watching sports in the heat of battle.

Ha Ha...I've seen plenty of matches live in Toronto. I have never shouted a bad word towards any player. In private, possibly, but not out in public.
Anyway, it doesn't matter, like I said I am not going to think any worse or better about her than before. I just find these double standards over and over again a bit funny. I have a feeling if it were somebody in Nole's box behaving this way, all hell would have broken loose.![]()

That's called making your own luck. I'm sure Novak would have preferred T-Bird in the semi if you gave him the choice.
I said before to reach the semis he had very easy way :dodgy:
Again, not a hope. Novak faced Raonic who has a 4-2 leading h2h over Murray and Murray faced a jaded Kyrgios who had the longest matches of the players left in the draw and was easy pickings.

As folks know, I hate political correctness and you are not going to offend me easily, but I do not see the need to bring someone's ethnicity into the picture when cursing them. I mean, what happened to good old "You stupid F*&^" or "You effin moron" etc? When you bring countries into it, I instantly think you have some sort of superiority complex. Would Kim say what she said to someone in a crowded bar in Prague? Nope. So don't say it anywhere.
