Oh nobody is expecting Rafa to beat Novak here. I'm sure Nole will handle him easily. Roger will too, if they meet. Rafa is on an incline but he isn't all there yet. Thrashing both Murray and Stan is a good sign for next year, though...

I don't think anybody is thrashing Nadal any more. He will lose now and then like he has throughout his career, but the burners are back on and only a select few will be hanging with him from now on. I am tired of hearing about him being off--he isn't. His results since the US Open have been as good as any year since 2010, if not better.

His results since the USO have been bad, very bad , just the last month has improved considerably

Nishi at his almost 26 years old (December) has showing one more time how much inconsistent he is. Maybe the fast way he hits the ball doesn't help him so much, maybe his injuries or something else but I have my doubts that he could win not even a single GS :nono
