Why not link to an article which quotes Mattek-Sands so we can read in which context she said it? As far as I can see you're just spreading lies with no facts. You haven't even explained how a draw can be manipulated to favor a player.
A draw is a public procedure done by both WTA and tournament officials with player representatives present and they're often participating in the draw which is performed after strict rules. The press is watching while the draw is done
So instead of these insane and unfounded accusations and conspiracy theories why don't you present some facts for once?

Look, I dislike Sharapova for many reasons but was it really her fault Serena lost in the first match she played at RG last year to Razzano? Maybe, just maybe that might have impacted the draw just a small bit, don't you think?
