No sign of a foot injury. Vika really needs to work on her second serves (38%) during match with 5 double faults. Her opponent really provided no real competition, imo.

I was hoping to see Daria taking out Maria in this rhythmic 3rd round encounter. However, Daria had other plans.

Vika should consider hitting two first serves. I have not looked at the numbers, but can't imagine she would be worse off.

Never get excited about Vee anymore because one day she can play tennis like nobody's business and the next day she can play like lower level club member. She's not consistent at all and to get excited for her always becomes a disappointment.

I know. But on the days she plays like nobody's business you have to celebrate that. We don't know how many more days like it we'll see. :celeb:
