Phew... I was nervous for Bencic when I checked that score after the first set. Pironkova shines pretty much exclusively at Wimbledon.
Not happy with the draw. Serena has to potentially get through Venus then Vika then Pova.
Venus is not in an enviable position. Possibly stopping Serena from achieving a bunch of milestones.
Sad to see Daria and Carla lose, although not surprised.

Never get excited about Vee anymore because one day she can play tennis like nobody's business and the next day she can play like lower level club member. She's not consistent at all and to get excited for her always becomes a disappointment.
