As far as I am concerned now,Rafa is just plain stubborn,well we all knew that didnt we? or I honestly feel he is scared of having a rather routine key hole surgery to remove his appendix.I have to agree with Broken Shoelace post,I said all along he could be putting himself in more danger if his appendix did happen to burst,then further complications could set in.

Forget about ranking points Rafa,stop trying to be a martyr and have your appendix out asap.Have a good recovery time.Rafa has also signed up to play at the Abu Dhabi expo which starts on New Years Day.

Just take the season off already. He's not going to win the WTF and that's about the only thing that matters other than his health, so might as well do what's the best for the latter, get the surgery, recover, be ready for the new season, and do well in Australia again.
