I guess it's not too hard to find a friendly doctor!

Earlier this year a UK doctor admitted prescribing steroids and other drugs to numerous unidentified sports people, including UK ones.

Its a big problem. I think independent medics should be used as in compensation claims for injury.

Petra and Mattek-Sands were also granted TUE and I am sure other tennis players including Russian Tennis players were granted TUE. So let's stop saying Serena and Venus are cheats.

I think this whole problem is across the board @Tenfan63. Serena and Venus are just high profile and the first names released. These exemptions seem to be almost "standard" given how many of them are handed out.

see -- folks -- the thing here is -- the western -- and i mean WESTERN --

primarily american and british led meme that has run for centuries about ''the big bad bear"

that is the SAME that defines EVERYTHING ELSE in the historical relations ...

is what alway shas been at play here. just like i have been saying for a long time.

and so ANY ''suggestion or appeal" from RUSSIA to PLEASE STOP THE JINGOISM -- is dismissed outright...

''oh the russians can't be trusted, oh the russians are this and that"

but my point is this -- for YEARS NOW VLADIMIR PUTIN had WARNED that this whole affair -- FAVORITISM -- at the expense of russia's reputation by painting her and PRIMARILY HER as guilty of evryting the worst under the sun that is actually being the BROAD GUILT all across the west --

will one day come back to haunt it.

and HERE WE ARE.

it was many years ago that PUTIN asked, practically BEGGED the western governments to come to an INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE or talks to discuss a more equitable, fairer, TRANSPARENT, independent, thoroughly vetted professionals all countries can TRANSPARENTLY agree on

in setting rules EVERYONE can agree on -- same standard for everyone --

RATHER THAN LEAVE THE RULES AND JUDGMENT MAKING TO A FEW COUNTRIES...of the west...

but did anyone LISTEN? of course not!!!

PUTIN IS THAT ''THUG"-- ''he's a dictator, those big bad russians!!heh!!".

I was here warning everyone -- ................

oh by the way -- the hackers produced the THIRD BATCH...

more UK, BELGIUM, (belgium tops the list of countries of dopers, by the way) - franc,e spain....

please remember folks -- all countries test their athletes, adn THEN they send these samples to WADA which is controlled by , really -- oh, 3- -5 countries at best.

USA, CANADA, UK, FRANCE. that 's it.

and THAT'S the trouble. right there. a SELECT GROUP of elite ''rules makers|" judges, executioners and ''punishers" who can decide which country is ''clean" or not ...and promote THEMSELVES as ANGELS -- while RUSSIA and ''those others need to be disciplined"

ONLY -- it turns out it is These judges who RUN STATE WIDE DOPING!!

lol.

‘Therapeutic’ doping systems prone to abuse, author of WADA report on Russia admits
The author of the critical report on Russia’s alleged state-run doping program Richard McLaren has admitted that the system of “therapeutic use exemptions,” brought to public attention by WADA hackers, can indeed be abused by athletes to legally take banned substances.

“One would have to conduct investigations on specific sports as to whether or not too many TUEs are being used with respect to particular substances,” Canadian law professor and sports lawyer Dr Richard McLaren told the BBC.

“One of the common TUEs is for ADHD medication – there may be abuse there,” he added. “That’s one area that probably needs to be looked at – how frequently are [certain medicines] being used in particular sports?”

McLaren went on to reiterate that his report, which was based on fugitive informants’ claims and anonymous testimonies, has proved the existence of a Kremlin-run doping program “beyond reasonable doubt.” Thus, the lawyer once again expressed regret about the IOC’s decision to introduce only a partial ban on Russian athletes, as compared to the IPC, which slapped the Russian Paralympics team with a blanket ban.

The BBC report echoed the Western media allegations that hacktivist team Fancy Bears, who claimed responsibility for the attack, were acting on behalf of Kremlin in retaliation to McLaren’s WADA report. Meanwhile Moscow, including President Putin himself, denied any links with the hackers – but acknowledged that since the information has been leaked, it is worth a public debate.

“We don’t approve of what hackers do, but what they’ve done is definitely of interest to the international community, especially the sports community,” the Russian president said on Friday. “It raises a lot of questions. It turns out that healthy athletes legally take medications that are prohibited for others, and the people who obviously suffer from serious illnesses and severe disabilities are being banned from the Paralympics only on suspicion of using some kind of drugs.”

Hacktivists from the cyber group Fancy Bears released several batches of files this week, bringing to public attention that top world athletes are regularly receiving the green light from WADA to take banned substances under the so-called therapeutic use exemption (TUE) authorization program.

The international anti-doping executives and the US and UK bodies rushed to stress that the use of TUE is not an offence, since the athletes “legitimately” applied for the medication under the existing rules. Instead they shifted the narrative to condemn the exposure of athletes’ “confidential” information, and Moscow for allegedly backing the hackers.

The leaked classified information exposed a wide array of athletes from a number of countries, including the United States, United Kingdom, Germany and Russia. Moscow has offered WADA to help with its cyber-expertise, should an official request be made.

the funny about the MACLAREN -- HE knows HE IS COOKED -- just wait until russia is DONE WITH HIM! for all his insistence he was still RIGHT in wanting russia ''banned" with 'state-wide" doping...

just watch! lol.

i will give another HUMONGOUS example of what happens when these CROOKS of the WEST try to get on russia's hair...

if people remember -- WESTERN INVESTORS made a class action suit against russia -- its govenrment and ROSNEFT or was it gazprom - which are rusisa's biggest energy industries - state-owned.

in the 1990's chaos BILL CLINTON brzezinski, the neo-cons, the british , france, germany etc...ganged up to ''liberalize and privatize russian state resources and indstries"

in cahoots with CORRUPT russian businessmen who became OVERNIGHT BILLIONAIRES -- BY PLUNDERING and PILLAGING russia's state industries

cutting pensions, cutting wages, throwing people out of jobs, which LED to the widespread famine and even starvation , disease, addiction, misery that LITERALLY killed hundreds of thousands - which the WEST PAINTED

AS A 'PROOF OF HOW BAD RUSSIA IS" -- when in fact the WESTERN PLUNDER CAUSED IT!!

and THAT -- is something RUSSIANS (AND mindyou i HAVE been to st petersburg - and THEY DO NOT FORGET) -

led to these ''western investors" buying up shares on the CHEAP at bargain basement prices -- expecting a KILLING at market PRICES...

PUTIN came into power and KICKED OUT the plunderers who FLED TO LONDON and new york and wall street to hide their ILL GOTTEN WEALTH with their western banking collaborators -- THAT

KHODORKOVSKY and company for you folks - the HEROES AND MARTYRS '''oppressed by the THUG putin"!! lol. with all their accusations 'putin killed so and so" and all the rest (which russians laugh at )because of how AMATEURISH the accusations are).

now -- these ''investors" - bitter that putin RE-NATIONALIZED the industries to take back control for russia FROM the foreign, western plunderers LED BY CLINTON with his ''economic advisers" from chicago school of eocnomics, harvard, etc...

whose TASK was to completely take apart that HUGE country...lol...just like they've done with ukraine, yugoslavia, country after country...

SUED russia to ''get back our shares" in the hundreds of billions...it went on for years and years in EUROPEAN courts -- as russia patiently TORE APART their arguments --

and ended up GIVING UP their 'claims' getting NOT A SINGLE RUBLE - for being shown BY RUSSIA

IT IS THEY that OWE russia all the misery their KIND had brought to russia's people!

they are LUCKY russia isn't as MALICIOUS as their kind are - and run after their PERSONAL ASSETS wherever they are ..lol.

lol.

and this maclaren better PRAY russia doesn't go further than just ''appealing to common sense".

after ALL this nonsense! lol

next thing you know -- the westerners will say

RUSSIA 'CHEATED AND STOLE" -- LEO TOLSTOY AND DOSTOEVSKY stole their idea from John Milton and Nathaniel Hawthorne and william shakespeare..Tchaikowsky didn't REALLY write his symphonies - he took from from the library of BENJAMIN BRITTEN...EVEN if benny was born much later -- but they were both homos - so it doesnt/ matter - the russian CHEATED just the same!!

BECAUSE FOLKS -- THAT IS HOW LOW the western world and its ethical aptitude really has been. lol

lol..

add PETRA KVITOVA and a german tennis player (i didn't check exctly who)

to the list -- WADA admits the hacked documents are authentic...

and i suggest to folks -- not to CONFUSE matters;

the SUBJECT of inquiry is now, and always should have been --

THE TRUSTWORTHINESS OF WADA itself -- NOT ''Who hacked and why".

UK runner Mo Farah, Spanish tennis star Rafael Nadal among names on new WADA hack release
The hacker group known as ‘Fancy Bears’ has released its latest list of WADA drug test results of well-known athletes, including those from Great Britain, Denmark, Australia, Spain and Germany.

The most high-profile names on the list are Great Britain’s ‘double-double’ Olympic champion Mo Farah and Spanish tennis great Rafael Nadal. They appear on a 26-name list alongside athletes from Argentina, Belgium, Burundi, Canada, Denmark, France, Hungary and the USA.

The country that features the most athletes is Great Britain with eight, including Farah and Rio 2016 golf gold medalist Justin Rose.

Farah became Great Britain’s most successful track and field athlete when he defended his 5,000 meter and 10,000 meter Olympic titles in Rio de Janeiro. It also meant he became the first ever competitor to win both the events at two Olympics, after his successes at London 2012.

Spain’s Nadal is universally recognized as one of the greatest tennis players of all time, having won every major tennis grand slam – including nine French open titles – as well as the men’s singles gold medal at the 2008 Beijing Olympics.

The published records show that Farah received a Therapeutic Use Exemption (TUE) form to take triamcinolone, then in 2014 he was given permission to use three separate prohibited substances, including one by intravenous injection.

Nadal was issued two separate TUE certificates – in 2009 he was allowed to use the banned drug betamethasone, and then in 2012 he received further clearance to take corticotrophins.

Justin Rose’s record shows he received a TUE just this year for the use of prednisolone.

The Fancy Bears announced themselves on Tuesday September 13, when they published the first batch of WADA documents that included medical tests of tennis superstars Serena and Venus Williams, along with Rio Olympic gold medalist gymnast Simone Biles.

The group then published new leaks every two days, with lists coming out on September 15 and 17. Those lists also included high-profile names such as Britain’s Bradley Wiggins and Nicola Adams.

Surely WADA or whoever grants these exemptions requires documentation from doctors to very these claims?
Doctors can sell their diagnosis to fit their (paying) athlete's needs - Recall David Haye tried to pullout of the first fight with Klitschko and said he hurt his hand - Klitschko didn't believe it and requested x rays - then Haye quickly changed the injury to a back injury - Golota quit the Tyson fight in the second round and was booed out of the arena and then he later had his doctor claim he had a broken eye socket but not a lot of people believed it -

The TUE concept is awfully suspect - it could be the perfect loophole set up to facilitate certain players to cheat - the Tours are star driven and need the big stars to play as full of a schedule as they possibly can - lots of lower ranked players have often said the top five have and constantly get very special privileges -

TUEs are perfect for all kinds of suspicions. What I wonder is if some players are denied TUEs. I don't understand what they are based on, especially when these "injuries" or "illnesses" are unknown.

You know what I've found funniest? On the Adams site, Serena got prescribed a medication for the immune disease her sister has.

I'm happy i found this great thread by a great expert.

Actually i'm surprised when people think that Serena is not doping. It's such a simple case. She has the typical steroid muscles that only fools can't see and ofc the long history of the strange happenings with her, when she hid in the panic room from drug testers, her rages, racket breakings, when she threatened the lineswoman, the weird injuries, the weird meltdowns etc etc etc .

Screen-Shot-2015-08-02-at-10.02.24-AM.png

And a lot more to read here: http://themillenniumreport.com/2015...as-serena-williams-been-doping-with-steroids/

Also a good video, read the comments under it too:

But tbh i don't even need all those things. Just fricking look at her steroid hard muscles.......

I can accept that some people might find some of those situations you illustrated suspicious, but about her muscles, and her physique unless you're suggesting that a lot of black women who don't play professional sport are doping you're on the wrong track...

Are you seriously trying to tell me there are natural black women out there with muscles like these? A woman won't get those PROPORTIONS, definition and hardness naturally. FFS, even for men it would be hard without steroids.

That's exactly what I'm telling you. Black people it seems can have stunning muscle definition naturally. And she clearly inherited a heavy set physique from her mother. Ignorance can be such a dangerous thing

I know Serena's mother perfectly, you see Federberg you're starting the personal insults again baselessly. Now should i say in return get your eyes examined? There's no way even a naturally gifted woman will get those muscles, and famous sportsmen agree with me about Serena. I also talked with a lifter on t4u about this, he agreed too Serena is a steroid user.

I'm not going to argue with you about this. You obviously want to believe what you want to believe. You're wrong
