Charlie ate a donut. Maybe he needed those carbs because he was subpar the last 10 minutes of the set.

Alcaraz will be wondering what has happened to him, here. Can the kid dig deep?

What has happened is Bean's aggressive returns should be no surprise to him. He lost twice this year w/ the same shot. JCF should have practiced returns coming right back at his feet, or into your body to handcuff you. You would think they had never played before.

Alcaraz really missing now, and in an early hole.

Unbelievable play by Sinner yet again as he breaks in the 1st game of the 4th set!

I still don’t trust Sinner’s serve to make this 4th set comfortable lolz

I’m not worried about the serve I’m worried about the mental part because the last time I saw him control an important match (Wimby vs Djoko) he literally choked mentally and couldn’t put a ball in play and lost.

So who is rooting for Sinner, and who is rooting against Alcaraz for the Nadal #1? I haven't sorted out how that works yet, mathematically, but I like Alcaraz for Alcaraz, and not for Rafa's #1, just to be clear. (I also like Sinner, but my pick for the title is still Charlie.)

If either Alcaraz or Ruud reach the final they are no.1. Basically if Alcaraz loses today then we’d only need to worry about Ruud and hope that Khachanov will beat him in the SF. To me both Sinner and Alcaraz are likeable but in this particular instance I’d rather Sinner to win.
