It would have been nice to maybe see Sascha Bajin with Serena one last time. Those two fed off each other’s energy I thought for the better.
I think Sasha was bad-mouthing Serena and he is persona non grata in the Williams camp.

I believe Sasha has gone back to coaching Yastremska again :)
I think he is in not as popular and expensive as he was just after he left Serena.Right now all he wants is a job to pay the bills, with Serena he was working with a good foundation and she made him look good.Yastremska needs structure because she is all over the place.

Sasha rode to fame with Serena, if he was another hitting partner for another player, I dont think he would have decided to coach? just my thoughts.Well he didnt do much with Yastremska the first time he was coaching her? lets see what he can do the second time around.

It also helps Anisimova as well.
I don't agree with that. Zheng will likely prove to be a tougher out than Osta. You know exactly what you're going to get w/ her: hit the cover off the ball, make a variety of errors and connect w/ some winners but overall way too inconsistent to win against anybody who can keep the ball in court.

She is not gonna get the chance anymore at this US Open because she is gone from it. Lost 6-4, 6-4 to Clara Burel. I really can't believe it.
I can. She's doing what so many before her have done. Won a major and then literally disappeared w/o any meaningful results for a season or two.

You may be correct about that. I still think Amanda still needs to just stick with her game plan and stay away from the huge amount of unforced errors and she can get by Zheng as well. I thought she could get by Ostapenko too. She was on a path to play Iga but I really think that she will be stopped by Alexandrova before Amanda gets to play Iga.

Do you think that will be the case here with Emma?
