Well for Brooksby’s first year as a pro he certainly is choosing to end it on a good note. He works on his serve in the off season and he could be a name to think about at the AO.

I told you! How many times does this happen? These kids come out with all kinds of fire and confidence, but after having to run from side to side a few dozen times, they understand it takes more than that! Jens is not going to beat elite players without a serve! They'll attack it relentlessly!

You would do well to notice that young Brooksby has been giving your man all kinds of hell, and didn't just capitulate after one set. The kid has been pro for all of 8 months. Let's talk about how #1 is not holding up so very well under the onslaught of a guy that's barely a pro.

Well. I will say this: he put something on Novak's mind and probably took a little out of him. The next 3 matches will be the hardest for Djoke as those players all have a better serve than JB.
