He rattled himself. The serve is the only thing keeping him in this set. His ground game is whack tonight. If he goes down 2 sets, will he be able to rally against this kid and his unorthodox game for 3 sets (this isn't the final)?Djokovic rattled in this game.
It was at 17 and a half minutes a few back...20 minutes?how long was that game ?..i thought google score update had frozen. but usopen slamtracker had same.
lol..i had to leave my laptop ,,i was sure google scores had frozen. as sometimes it does.It was at 17 and a half minutes a few back...20 minutes?
I think that game was almost as long as the first setIt was at 17 and a half minutes a few back...20 minutes?
It's his answer when he can't rally from the ground w/ his opponent. Usually he's bossing the points from the baseline and doesn't have to bail on points.Djokovic has to stop trying to bail with the drop shot in this match.
The unorthodox game, that he's never seen it, that the kid can swing away, and that the crowd will pull for Brooksby...all adds up poorly for Novak, at least within the context that anything ever does.He rattled himself. It is like a perfect upset storm isn't it?The unorthodox game, that he's never seen it, that the kid can swing away, and that the crowd will pull for Brooksby...all adds up poorly for Novak, at least within the context that anything ever does.
If anyone's sucking "wind" right now, it's this kid! He can be proud of himself hanging in there with Djokovic over such long points and games, but it's going to cost him in the end! He's already played a few marathon matches, but they weren't w/ the #1 player in the world!if djoko is dropshotting maybe he is feeling lethargic and trying to shorten pts.
