Isner didn't get broken at last years's USO, so this was the first break since 2013. (unless that's what you meant to say anyway)

*alright, since I now see that this factoid was posted like 18 times, here's something different: apparently, this was the first time Big John ever lost a TB 7-0. And he's played like 47395 tiebreaks in his career.
