I said there will be more:

NEW YORK (AP) American teen CiCi Bellis became the youngest player to win a U.S. Open match since 1996 - almost three years before she was born - when she stunned Australian Open runner-up Dominika Cibulkova.

The 15-year-old Bellis rallied from down a break in the third set for a 6-1, 4-6, 6-4 first-round victory Tuesday over the 12th-seeded Cibulkova. With an overflow crowd at a cozy side court roaring, she broke Cibulkova's serve to clinch the match

They call her Ci Ci.

What an impressive display of form by Maddie Keys, the 27th seed only gave 3 games to Jarmila.
Maddie should have no issues in the next round but she may get Petra in the 3rd round.

Catherine C. Bellis calls herself CC. Sad for DC who had such a good run at AO only six months ago.

Petra is just teasing us. She will dominate until we start to think she can actually go far, then she will implode. I refuse to get my hopes up. Been burned too many times.

Genie vs. Sorana is mighty interesting but that's Thursday.

Only one match left to be played but it's a big one! The featured match of the night.

Drum roll please........
Serena Williams versus Taylor Townsend.

Only if Roger hurries up.

This match is like the Emperor showing Dart Vader the dark side of the force.
:emperor:
Taylor, being a lefty, can throw some tricks of her own.

Agreed on all points. I don't expect the upset, but good to see Taylor holding her own.

She needs more than a nice shot here and there, she needs to mix it up, she can't outhit Serena, that's for sure.
May be a slice or a drop?

She could slice her head off and hope she drops but other than that she's not winning :D
