Yeah, I noticed. It's just a suggestion that he has no desire to follow so he'll be going home shortly.
There he went to the net and it worked for him.

Of course the evil seed is winning easy. Ralphy a pig in shit in that half. That is why I was hoping Roger would land there.

As if that would matter, the way Roger looked last night.

You like to think so. Let's see if he makes his SF date v. Novak.

Surface isn't any slower than Wimbledon. Roger would be lost vs Novak before he ever shows up. Against Nadal it is just about Roger actually being aggressive and executing at a respectable level.

Surface is a called a medium HC. The balls are considered high-bouncing and lively. I'd say this is a difference. Keep telling me how this match will work out until it gets played. Personally, I hope they finally do play at the USO this year.

It seems like the courts are playing faster this year compared to last year. In addition, the balls are bouncing higher.

Which means fast conditions plus high bouncing = Advantage Nadal

That will require someone doing the dirty work against Djoke.
We shall see. Of the Big 3, Nadal had the best first round. Novak wasn't happy with his first match, against a player who was certainly a pigeon for him. Murat says his elbow hurts. Roger had troubles against a guy none of us has ever heard of. Rafa had the guy that took out Roger last year, and handled him perfunctorily. Advantage Nadal.

Also, he has the momentum from winning Canada Masters. The key important thing here is that he does not have a player on his draw that could truly trouble him before the final. If he takes care of business, then he should be fresh for the final.

Now, we have a long way to go before the final...

He had the momentum from winning Canada last year too. He also was fresh as a daisy for the Wimbledon semis this year and still got beaten badly by a pretty unimpressive Federer. Anyways Rafa better hope someone takes out Djoker before the final.
