You need to look for her Premier 5 results all year and take just the best 2. She had a semi and a final so far, and now she has a final and a win at Premier 5 level. So points added are the diff between a semi and a win (900-350=550)

P.S. I'm a moron, this Tokyo tourney is not Premier 5 (I'm already in Wuhan), is just a premier one, so it counts as a win with 470 and Ana deducts the worst result in the rest of her 16 tournaments.

Anna too good - played one of the best matches this year. Nice to see her back on this level again - congrats to her. Also applauds to Caroline for her play - you did your best and that was just not enough today. Oh I really hope these two competitors will join the YEC it would lift it definitely. I think it deserves a beer anyway to celabrate those nice ladies :clap Off to Wuhan.

It really was a great match from both ladies... commies to Carolyn. Ana's forehand was on fire. Looks like they are slated for 3rd round match next week. I picked Ana for that one. It should be a great match again.

^ The moment Kvitova hits the first ball against Knapp in Wuhan she falls into 6 in the rankings and some player called Li Na climbs into 4 place ! ;)
Never mind, each of us is allowed do its own math according to what fits him/her the best.
