that is indeed him.

he is the dude in baron`s avi.

these welsh folks are like hedge hogs: they stick together.

who else is/was welsh?

was Richard burton welsh?

what about Christian bale?

Richard Burton was welsh as is Anthony Hopkins. Catherine Zeta Jones is another.

Tom Jones and Shirley Bassey are welsh.

Christian Bale was born in Wales but his parents aren't welsh.

Anthony Hopkins: one of the greatest actors I have ever seen.

Catherine is just mesmerizing in every way and she is a talented.

I have no idea who Shirley bassey is.

Richard Burton wasn't so bad after all but Hopkins could offer more variety, of course. Burton was more charming and looked great in tragic roles.

Richard burton is one of my all time favorite actors. I don't think he had any equals in his day.

Laurence Olivier was also one of the greatest.

Did you ever see "Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf?" Great film.

No, I never saw that, but I love a good WWII movie, so I would watch it. Thanks for the recommendation.

Another Burton film I'm curious about is "The Spy Who Came in from the Cold" based on the John le Carre novel (the guy who wrote "Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy"). Have you seen it?

so we are in the same boat: you may want to catch "where eagles dare" and I want to see "the spy who came in from the cold".

where eagles dare also had clint eastwood in it. the movie holds you spellbound and on the edge of your seat the whole time.

in my estimation it is absolutely a masterpiece.

I used to catch some of those old world war movies a few years back.

I would also recommend another one: The Night Of The Generals

well it's done. clay warrior has iced the number one rank for 2013.

now he can go and rest and relax. I don't think he is playing well enough to take the title.

why take a chance on making the knee worse again.

In fairness, he has only 3 matches to play, and a few of his rivals look knackered. I say, go for it, then hit the beach on Tuesday...

by the way I started a new category at Camelot called "In search of excellence". it is about cool tennis related sites.

I listed your forum as one of the sites.

I am going to start promoting your site on facebook also.

I think we have to constantly get the word out.

in my estimation, we are both unique in our own ways. both sites offer unique propositions.

one is going to be a small, cool tennis society.

and the other one (Tennis Frontier) will become the fastest growing tennis forum on the planet and also the single best tennis forum under the stars.

we will all co-exist peacefully and grow together.

I have learned something as of late as I have looked at a few forums. too often they close their doors to the world and become an island of a sort. and that ultimately and invariably leads to their demise.

I just came across one last night that had around 3500 members and zero activity. I mean nobody had posted there in a very long time. there are several dead forums on the internet.

I think people can work together to find mutually beneficial solutions.

I have come up with a logo that I might experiment with.

I like it a lot, especially since my favorite color is green. Also, it's subtle. It conveys the right effect, without being cliched or over-the-top, which so many people are guilty of.

thanks general tented. much obliged for the kind remarks.

all those images/pictures were making the main page look crowded and busy looking.

Now the page looks cleaner and easy on the eye.

I agree, General. It looks much better, and more professional. Cleaner is the perfect word.
