Nadal is pretty good at creating the intimidating factor by jumping up and down from the get go like a buffoon (that's for you herc darling). This being the very first round doesn't really work in Ryan's favour. He's a bit of a headcase so he needs time to feel confident. A 2nd round meeting would have been ideal for him.

First set will have to go. A 5 setter format though works in his favour since he seems to take time to come together. Nadal doesn't have too many weapons. Harrison just needs to break Nadal's forehand down somehow or keep him away from it.

This is for health and well-being purpose of course but we have another pilot project where we are having a bunch of employees working from home. That would be cool too if that got kicked off at some point. The only problem is, it's quite costly to set an employee up to the extent that he gets at work.

Hot tub...maybe not. lol

tennis channel is showing the tipsy match and espn is showing the sloan stephens match.

I wonder why I even bother with espn and the tennis channel. they are both worthless.

doing great today princess kskate.

just relaxing and taking in live grand slam tennis from flushing meadows.

iron mike is gone. gasquet removed him from the facilities in straights.

which matches are you keeping you eyes on today?

I'm watching them all from a distance, but I'm mostly interested in how the Americans do in the early rounds.

ryan Harrison is now 0-20 against top 10 players.

he is going to have to spend more time on clay if he wants to be able to deal with the better players in the game.

he has a great serve. its the consistency off the ground that is missing.
