You’ve touched on the predicament there for people who think in group identities. Firstly, they’ll dismiss any critique of this as a conspiracy theory, because they won’t like this mess to be critiqued. But from within the identitarian cults there will be a mass posture of denial when it comes to renegades. What to do with them? Disagree and move on? Ostracise them? Or deny them the right to think differently?

Or do you deny their very existence as a member of a group by denying their gayness, their blackness, their views as a woman?

Joe Biden made a meme out of this when he told black voters that if they don’t vote for him, “You ain’t black.” Now how is the American president allowed to be a declared racist and still be considered to be good? Because white liberals don’t criticise their own bad eggs. You can be homophobic once you’ve established your bona fides with the LGBTQFUCKUWTF+=- community. Meaning that if you accept the false religions of intersectionality, patriarchy, whiteness, BLM, Stonewall, gender studies and so on - if you preach in favour of these - you can be homophobic against actual gay people who don’t.

You can be racist against blacks who don’t vote Joe. And Joe has shown you why.

I suspect that they're gradually learning, and at some point they'll start to try to expel the activists. In the mean time tremendous damage is being done to the brand

Now there’s much that’s troubling in this article by Douglas Murray, but one thing in particular is heartbreaking, and it’s part of a trend that is only going to get worse.

Nation’s institutions are being turned against Catholics​

Consider a case in Massachusetts this week, where a Catholic couple are taking the state to court over their foster child policies.

The couple — Michael and Catherine Burke — passed 30 hours of interviews and checks with the Department of Children and Families.

The couple would seem a perfect fit for any of the more than 100,000 children in this country waiting to be adopted.

But there was a problem. The Burkes are regular churchgoers and are even — wait for it — musicians in their local churches. Sickening, isn’t it?

The DCF certainly seemed to think so. The Massachusetts court filing says that during their interviews DCF social worker fixed on the couple’s Catholic faith.

The couple’s application to become adoptive parents was turned down because their religious beliefs “would not be affirming to a child who identified as LGBTQIA.”

Friends, this is a mental illness. This is not good health, as it’s not ‘affirming’ to children in any way to have good health. It’s a branch of the grooming of children that’s rampant. It’s an open and brutal denial of any spurious claims to be interested in diversity. If you believe in diversity, then you have to accept that this includes beliefs which are legal to hold, though you disagree with them. You must accept - if you hold diversity to be an ideal - that religious faith, and even beliefs that contradict your sacred edicts, is part of diversity.

They were kids up for adoption, so they weren’t old enough to join the bandwagon. The problem being that the DCF (Department of Children and Families) authorities want children to be abused and to transition, and the chances of that are less when they’re in a Catholic household that teach them right from wrong…

Jamelle’s argument was basically to state that to correct the effects of racist public policies they should create even more racist public policies. It was pointed out how these affect Asians and they went back and forth, I think essentially both coming from totally different political philosophies, Jamelle being a committed identitarian and Coleman being - to my mind - more alert to the nuances found even within same group identities.

The most shocking revelation came in Coleman Hughes intro, where he tells the reason why the debate happened, which is essentially that he gave a TED talk on colour blindness that he’d felt was well received by most of the audience, but a small “scowling” cadre of attendees - some of them TED employees - were outraged and demanded that the talk not be shown.

A wonderful example of diversity in action. Silence the black dude who’s talking about race. Very liberal. Very revealing, too.

it's really sad that Jamelle doesn't care about the Asian kids who have to obscure their race to increase their chances of admission. And he had no answer for the fact that black immigrants like Nigerians who dominate minority admissions should be excluded from affirmative action. I would love for them have explored why that is. I believe what they would find is that their family units are largely intact, and that's a more potent factor in educational success.
