Berdych was up 6-1, 4-0 and then started thinking about his next match while Kamke started going for his shots and playing better and suddenly it was 5-5 in the second. Good thing Berdych came back to the present to finish it off. Could have gone home a lot sooner though.

He hasn't been the same player since the shoulder injury last year sadly. Don't think he's anywhere near healed. Worst injury for a tennis player by far.
