Sijsling completes the day of the upsets. He takes out Kohli in 3. The only one to survive the storm was Berdych.

#2 seed Andy Murray, OBE, has a clear path in the draw now. #7 Youzhny gone. #5 Tsonga gone, #4 Gasquet gone.
No more seeds left to face. It's really on his racquet now.

Looks like the skys were clear and he had a clear path back home. ;)

Wow, Del Potro and Murray lost? Bloody Gulbis - he is such a good talent but rarely plays well at the big events, like the 1000s and GS's. Oh well, I guess Delpo can't vulture this 500 title.

Murray - I don't know what to think about him at the moment. Going to take him a few months to find some form, I guess.

Big question, can Ernie defeat two top 10 players in a row?

Berd takes out JJ 6-4 in the deciding set.

Any one know anything about the dust up between Jerzey Boy and Julien B. at the conclusion of their match?

This is turning into a damn fine tournament this year.

I wouldn't worry too much about Murray. I thought after the surgery, it was going to take him a few months. I think he'll be looking at Queens as the real beginning. Everything before that will be about getting fully fit and match hardened.

I too feel that way. But, if he does not reach at least an SF in IW or Miami,
it would surely affect his confidence for the Queens and Wimby.

Poor results from Murray and Delpo, very disappointed by both of them. Now I'll root for Gulbis, this half nuts guy

Doubtful. That forehand is going to be exploited.

This. Berd removes Ernie from the facilities in a pretty easy win. 6-3 6-2

Cilic rights the ship and takes the match 6-2 in the decider. Good week for Sijsling

I am actually interested to see what will be the outcome here tomorrow. Both are riding a small winning streak, And Tomas is undefeated since he was beaten by Stan at the AO.
He mentioned that Stan gave him confidence:

Winning tomorrow would be a step in the right direction.
