Iga Swiatek vs (Q) Martina Trevisan.
Iga is the youngest player left in the draw,will meet qualifer Martina Trevisan for the third time.The pair have split their two previous meetings.Trevisan defeated Swiatek in a ITF Warsaw event on clay in 2017.Swiatek had ankle surgery after that tournament,which sidelined her for six months.Swiatek defeated Trevisan in Birmingham qualifying last year on grass in straight sets.

The draw opened up nicely for Elina,again she seems to falter when it matters most,the clay to me suits her game,she was a former junior champion here.

Watching the match between Swiatek vs Trevisan

Down 2-0,Swiatek.started tight,she saved 2BPS winning the 1set 63.Trevisan is defending very well so far.

I am off to work,I will record this match and watch the rest of it in the afternoon when I get home.
