Next time Carlos need to prepare with as many things as possible. (heck, I have taken a bottle of mustard to the court which sounds hokey but it helps tremendously and very rapidly to lessens the symptoms of muscles related cramps)
Do you eat it, or slather it on?

This just reminds me of what Rafa says, like you put yourself in a position and then anything can happen. This year Novak clearly not at his best on clay, but he kept digging and improved and look where that got him, he is with one foot in the final. Maybe he learned a thing from Rafa, especially the Rafa from the last year in RG.

Philippoussis at 1999 Wimbledon was worse than this. I'm a huge Sampras fan, but I have to admit that Mark was dominating him that day until the untimely injury. I'll always wonder what if Mark never gets injured that day.

There were people who said Rafa was faking that injury…against a man who hadn’t taken a single set off him in eleven matches..

But people couldn't give him credit for winning after all was said and done! It was rude AF as Wawrinka was beating him! He may not have finished, but no one even gave him a bit of credit that he could take even one match off Rafa! Nadal always has his fans batting for him to the last!

Tennis.com saying Carlos is cramping not injured. Maybe he needs to drink more Novak style magic potions in that case if he's just low on electrolytes due to the heat ? All over anyway but bad luck. We saw it before when Musetti went lame while destroying Novak here. Same thing. Cramp. Not injury.

Regardless of this cramping from Carlos,. I said from the start of this tournament, dont dismiss Novak, he knows how to win GS and to pace himself,

You’re not coherent here. People couldn’t give Wawrinka credit? He beat a lame player. I credit him for that, at least..

Imagine Djokovic loses to Ruud now. I expect it'll be Ruud not Zverev but who knows.

Few gave Novak a chance and it's biting them in the arse! :fearful-face::face-with-hand-over-mouth::face-with-tears-of-joy:
Well yeah, karma's a bitch and all that but let's call a spade a spade, Novak got super lucky. He was going down in many service games and the momentum was fully with Alcaraz having just won set 2 and then he got cramp. Novak probably had the voodoo doll out last night.
