Stopped watching after the demolition job in the first set tiebreak. Ruud has never won a set against Novak and was the better player most of set 1 till that TB. Once he lost that it was game over as it must have crushed him and allowed Novak to play more freely.

It started w/ Novak very early IIRC! After he won his 1st FO in 2016, completing his "Nole-Slam," Wilander, McEnroe, & other past GREATS started talking about Novak being the BOAT! He had only 12 Majors, but it was clear he was on a "run for the ages" and would win more! He went "walkabout" w/ personal issues and an elbow injury allowing a Fedal redux in 2017, but came back strong taking Wimbledon & The USO in 2018! He's won so many majors in bunches, it's hard to believe he overcame the lead Fedal had over him just a few years ago; 17-14-12!
