It’s a bit sad that Tennis Channel doesn’t have enough money to maintain coverage of all tournaments. The Golf Channel does except a tiny number of majors. I assume this is an indication that tennis isn’t a very popular sport. It’ll fall further when Fedal retires. I wonder why badminton never took off in the US. It’s the second most popular worldwide.

The match got interrupted in 3 set, and it got postponed. They will finish it tomorrow

Gulbis still in. Gojo seems to have been victim to his deep run in Geneva. Rafa starting a bit nervy and Bolleli swinging for the fences. Still, Rafa neutralized his break advantages in both sets, I think. He'll probably come back better tomorrow and finish him off in straights.

As I said he would drop out of the top 200, live ranking has him now ranked
# 257. This could change by the time the next official ranking comes out, he may drop a few more.
From 1400 down to 210 points. I think it's going to be a down-mover of the year at least. Or maybe a decade because I haven't heard of such a plunge by a player who has been saying for last few weeks that he "feels good" and his level is "high". Really? No, the results since the beginning of this year are saying something else: he's in the biggest dip of his career maybe he hasn't really recovered from his injuries or maybe something else. Out of touch a bit? I don't expect him to find his grove anytime soon as grass surface is his weakest.
The only good news: this is an absolute rock bottom for him. No points to defend for the rest of the year: Wimby - 10.points and that's it which is given for free if they let him play in the main draw. Or do they? Is it conceivable they have him play Q rounds, that he is likely to lose?
A sad time for Swiss fans, there is no Roger to cheer them up.

Did anyone see this Jaume Munar play? Just turned 21 a few weeks ago. He beat Istomin at Madrid.

Oh, man. I'm sure you have something up your sleeve. Breaking Rafa in each of the first 3 sets at RG? That's a total guess.

He is doing well, of course Ferru is not going through his best time but this young guy could be 'someone', remember my words

Obviously, this is a huge fall. But he's coming off of a surgery. And Stan was a late-bloomer. He's 33 now. A lot of people have said that this may be something he doesn't really come back from. Personally, I think his days as a Major winner are done, and he should concentrate on where he can spoil and where he can win.
