^ What a day on Court 9: Murray, Nadal, and Djokovic in back-to-back doubles matches.

Tommy Robredo and Feli Lopez, the two 33 years olds who are playing today each other were roommates for 4 years according to one of our commentators.
Now that is what I would call familiar face ;)

By the way, Tommy leads the H2H against Lopez 4:0 and today's affair is following the trend thus far.

From what little I've watched, Robredo is trying to wear out Lopez's backhand! They've had long points with Deliciamo slicing and dicing into the net; only semi-effectively though! :nono  :dodgy: :cover :p

Feli and Robredo is one of those things, I'd have expected Feli to own the other bloke, and it's the other way around. It's not even close, and it's not getting closer...

Their career analyzed in mirror will demonstrate why Lopez has achieved so much less than Robredo, and in consequence, why Lopez was not a match in their direct rivalry.

Rain starts and they suspend the last match of the day, Tsonga - Coric at 2-1 for Jo in the first set.

Tomorrow the weather forecast is not looking good either.

EDIT: By the way, in Toronto it rained most of the day, so not much was happening in the WTA event.

Unsure what Milos will be capable of coming of his rehab following Wimby. Playing Karlovic will not help matters at all.

I am bit surprised that Young eliminated Kudla. Kudla was on the rise recently and we have not heard much of Young recently.

I think Fed slayer, Stakhovsky meets Rafa in R2.

Andy, Rafa and Novak all cleared the first round in doubles. They all have fairly easy second round opponents also. Andy will face his brother Jamie in the second round.

Oh, I try not to look in mirrors. It's too scary! :snicker
