Fog played pretty well, then it was 'unforced' or 'forced' errors? :dodgy:

He would have won anyway? Fognini served for a set and Nadal cramped at the trophy presentation. Had it been 1 set a piece that cramping would have happened in the 3rd set and not at the presentation. Don't be too sure he would have won without Fog's 60 unforced errors.

Rafa played poorly - and he won in straights. Get over it. The lengths you and your own personal Flavour Flav (GSM) go to in order to detract are getting to be hilarious.

"Uh, Rafa didn't win that, Fog threw it away. Fog plays like Djokovic, and he owns Rafa, everybody knows!"

"Yeah, boyyyyss, Favour givin' it to yuh straight, look at the peasant over-reacting to a poxy 500 tourney win - even Tignor kinda sorta didn't say that but you could say he did say that and people might believe it."

I kinda liked Public Enemy in the old days, til I heard you's pair in action... :popcorn

If you read my posts in the Hamburg thread I said Nadal played well but, seriously, you're the hilarious one here when it's already been pointed out by GSM that Fognini hit the equivalent of 15 games worth of errors. That's a laughably high count for a 2 set match considering most have less in a 5 set match. The only person overreacting here, besides Nadal, is you.

He was playing the GOAT of clay, of course he's bound to miss a few. But by all means, give all the credit to the loser.

But first read the banner on this thread, it's Montreal, the Canadian Open. Rafa ain't been beaten in Canada since 2011... :popcorn

Tignor has cursed Novak, while predicting Rafa makes the final...

:puzzled
Picked Ralf to make the final? If Novak is cursed, does that mean Ralf goes out in the first round?

Any wins by Rafa is counted as gain, so I hope Tignor isn't showing a bias against him... :dodgy::snicker

Tignor never has bashed Nadal and not even in that article, he says the same like we think
And yep, Novak has very easy draw but also looking forward to seeing how does against Berdych in the quarters

Novak versus Stan could be good, if Stan plays well enough there...

Hearing that Isner will drop out of Rogers Cup.

It's to avoid the embarrassment of getting knocked out early! I think he's read my post about him performing so well to win a warm-up or 2 before the Masters; pooping out by the USO! :nono  :dodgy: :cover

Wow, we're still on the Fognini thing... Have you guys ever seen this guy play before, even when he wins? What did you expect. He goes for it, and he goes for it even more against Nadal. A lot of the time, he'll miss. I swear the level of discussion would increase exponentially without biased glasses on.

And don't be too sure Fog would have taken more than a combined 7 games if Nadal was anywhere near his usual self. We can do this all day.

It's a non-slam event, so Novak wins in straights...before their customary 5 set battle in New York :)
