followed by 2 brainfart dropper attempts
Carlos could not finished our HH when he had his first opportunity to close the match. Well if Rafa fell to serve out a match , his fans would have a massive meltdown

Charlie comes good in the unnecessary match TB.
Hey, he's just a kid, he just won Wimbledon, and HH is a tough customer. Took him some time to find his game, but he did. Still has most match wins of any man on tour. Win the hard way? Why not?

He can't have it both ways. He's either just a kid who doesn't know any better or he's the World #1 who should.

He's not having it both ways. You're saying that I am. He's just being the player that he is. Sometimes you start slow, but it's how you finish, and he's finishing like a champ.

I don't even have an issue w/ him starting slow. Like I've said before, he's too flashy sometimes to his own detriment. That collapse in the decider can't happen. He's fortunate it was Hubi on the other side and not someone else who would have taken advantage of his huge drop in form closing the match.

He was finding the net all match, but also finding his way. IMO, some of it IS youth. Hubie is actually a threat. Certainly not chopped liver, and Carlitos handled him, in the end. Some things take time. He's 20. He's learning. And as learning curves go, he's doing pretty well. He passed his grass test pretty quickly. ;)
