Winning 2 on a surface is just better than winning one but it isn't dominant. You remove each of their best slams and Roger dominates. You remove their 2 best slams and Roger dominates. Roger plays RG on real clay and Rafa plays Wimbledon on the Madrid of "grass". Roger obviously played like shit in that final and the 2015 final but still would've done a lot better without the retarded "grass" they play on at Wimbledon that is way worse for his game.
I don't know what planet you live on (maybe it's called Fedtardus B-)), but here on planet Earth there's no such thing as "removing a surface" or "focusing on only 2 out of 3 surfaces". Tennis is a 3 surface sport, and the weakest link will always be Federer on clay/RG.
If you want to just focus on 2 out of 3, then I can also focus on 1 out of 3 and then nobody would ever be able to claim that they are as dominant as Rafa on clay/RG. At RG Rafa has 11 titles and 86-2 record, at WB Federer has 8 titles and 95-12 record, so I can argue that Federer on grass or hardcourt is NOT dominance, not even close.
