He looks more comfortable on grass than I expected, and even the backhand is looking good. The forehand is killing him though, and ultimately, he always lives and dies by that shot.
Without taking anything away from Dolgo who served really well overall, I don't think Nadal returned surprisingly well - I thought (on second serve) he was really predictable. On the deuce court Dolgo was going out wide all day waiting for the cross court bunt and finishing with a forehand down the line. Nadal hardly changed things up at all. In fact, in his presser he said he had real problems reading Dolgo's serve... Not sure why it was such a problem because half the crowd knew where the Dolgo was serving on any key point after 30 minutes.
No worries Berg. In 2 weeks he'll have no choice... :devilfederberg said:Oh Stan, Stan! Ditch the shorts man.. :laydownlaughing :nono
britbox said:^ I don't think Stan wins Wimbledon. He's got a big game and can take anyone's time away, but he ain't so effective when his opponent takes his time away - and on grass, that's more likely than anywhere else.
Not a full field at Queens, but I don't think he takes the silverware here either.

If not, you're prob already familiar enough with the layout you can intuit your way around even without a translation/understanding Spanish

He played his opening doubles match with M. Lopez after his loss yesterday and seems to be continuing on it. They next face a tough veteran pair in the form of Nestor and Paes.
