How is Roger #2? I thought Andy needed to lose the tournament for that to happen.

You think he'll beat Novak ? :laydownlaughing

Not likely w/ those serve numbers, but we should probably wait until tomorrow to make that declaration.

Yesterday Kyrgi-K1 was much better playing.

That match was great. It had everything. Very few breaks, drama and excellent shotmaking by both.

Tennis Channel is showing it for the 239th time. Guess it was the match of the tournament.

Wondering if The Muzzard will go all out, depends if Djoker wanna threw so much into now. Some few matces till RG. I wouldnt be surprised if K1 make final and win.

Novak would have to be extremely off for Samurai to even have a chance.

Maybe Nole will turn things around this year. Win Madrid and skip Rome.

Problem isnt just RG but Olympics also. I think some "bystander" might get last few Masters.

With the government in complete upheaval, the Zika virus spreading rather than being contained, and many of the venues may not be completed in time, I doubt that it is wise for any athlete to go to Brazil.

Some are saying this was a "tactical loss" by Nadal. :cover:huh:

Protect the h2h ? :laydownlaughing Anyone claiming such nonsense should be ashamed of themselves for their lack of tennis savvy because clearly Nadal very much knows the importance of having the number 4 seed at RG which is now unlikely.

who ever made that statement really having been paying attention..I think Rafa will play better at Rome if he faces Andy again for

If Rafa will get to play Andy in Rome, it means he is in great form, because he has a brutal draw and Andy is on the other side of the draw.

Who ever made that statement really haven't been paying attention. I would expect Rafa to play better vs Andy at Rome and RG if they were to meet.

If anyone's going to be tactical, it'll be Nole who doesn't need this tourney! I think he might have tried harder if he knew Rafa was in the final! I truly believe he takes pleasure in punishing him after so many losses in important matches in the past; esp. at the FO! Now he can kick back and let Murray wear himself out trying to beat Kei who's pretty tough when he wants to be so! :dodgy: :p

Got up 5am to catch the match. Really a good one. By stats, we might think Rafa lost due to his pathetic bp conversion. Murray saved his bp by clutch serve and aggressive play. He outplayed Rafa in big points. Well deserved victory.

I haven't bothered to check the draw (and rarely do unless I'm betting and I don't anymore) but the claim was that to get to play Murray in the first place, he'd have to be playing very well to meet him as he has a tough draw. The slower Rome courts definitely favour Nadal more than the clard at Madrid though.
