I watched a few sets between The Young Greek and Zeverev and thought that The Young Greek would win,too good on the clay for Zverev whose serve went off, making ufe early in the match.,seeing it was 2.00am I picked bed over the match :)

Good win for the defending champion who looks the goods to win another title in Monte Carlo

Well, the battle of the Crown Princes is over. I dunno, there didn’t seem to be any special chemistry to their matchup, no buzz in the air. Prince Zverev seemed particularly disinterested.

Prince Tsitsipas should win tommorow but can imagine the upstart Fokina entourage if he pulls the upset, they would tear the place down.

I think you should put "Crown Princes" is quotes, they way they look. Particularly Zed. Tsitsipas didn't have to work hard to look good today, but he nearly blew it yesterday. Davidovich Fokina should give him more trouble that he had today.

I was a bit worried by Foki and his team's celebration today...almost as if they'd already won it, or done enough. Surely, more than they expected, but more to do tomorrow. I'll say this about ADF...he's unseeded at MC, and he's in the finals. Remember way back in the way-back machine when he beat Djokovic? Well, he's one guy who backed it up, that's for sure. We complain a lot about players getting the upset, only to go down meekly the next round. At the risk of stretching a comparison, I'm thinking of Soderling beating Nadal at RG '09, then making the final. Not exactly the same, but proves something about Foki's will and commitment. I hope he gets another upset tomorrow! Anyway, he's now #27 in the live rankings. A win tomorrow puts him at #20. Loving this kid!

Just heard this fun fact: Foki will be trying to be the first unseeded player to win MC since Tomas Muster in 1992? And Tsitsipas will try to be the first to win 2 consecutive titles in MC since (no surprise) Rafael Nadal.
