Yes he does know what he wants to say most times. That doesn't make what he wants to say the bible. If he has social media people and PR folks, they are not doing a great job. Like you said, he's all over the place right now. How could a team be advising him to say most of this stuff. Personally, I just think this is Patrick being Patrick. Serena is not playing right now. He didn't have a ton going on, he was scouting someone new to work with and he is mouthy by nature.
