Good for Dusan Lajovic to defeat Thiem in straight sets.

Always a feat to beat Thiem on clay, who probably having still a bit of a hangover. Interesting match against Sonego, both in uncharted territory. Curious to see Sonego playing, heard good things about him.

Honestly nobody is playing impressive tennis in this tournament, IMO. Nadal is above the field, even clearly above Djokovic (as of now), but, judging him by his own clay standards, average at best. Honestly this tournament is the best chance outsiders will get of a big win.

By the way, question for the Djokovic fans: did he revert back to his old service motion?

As soon as I woke up and checked the result, I thought you will be very pleased . This was long time coming, nice to see Dusan backing up his win against Thiem.
