Don't feel like Roger is playing too well yet but still has the break advantage. Stan needs those cross court backhand exchanges but Roger's done a good job to break that pattern after the first few games.

It was pretty boring alright. Often is when Stan is playing a guy who beats him pretty much every time.

Stan's groundies are so powerful. Backhand speed 20km faster than Roger's on average. He can basically hit anyone off the court if he does not overplay. The one game he got broken was all him overplaying. The dude is strong.

Agreed, they showed his average backhand speed is 123 km which comes out to about 77 mph. That is going big, probably too big. Stan has the advantage in backhand exchanges even if he takes something off it.

Yeah, it was pretty boring. No real flow in the match so far. Hopefully this second set proves to differ.
