I wasn't complaining. I know upsets happen, just pointed out what is obvious. Rafa had an extremely easy path to the final assuming he gets there.
With all due respect, that's bullshit. We've both been on these forums long enough to know that calling someone's draw "cream puff" or "cupcake" is code for saying: in case he wins the title, I'm reserving the right to diminish it. This being a MS, no easy path for anyone from here.

Nah, you're being too defensive. Rafa got a nice break with every good player in his half losing, it happens. Roger got a big break in IW with Kyrgios withdrawing and I didn't pretend otherwise.

My bad, Kyrgios serve is not working so well but he is clearly in an 'artist mood' :D

Krygrios is serving well..he not serving 130 plus but placing 120 very well:claps..like I mentioned before, he can take it to another level if needed

Yeah , he is serving better now than starting the match but with these guys you never know, they are not too consistent

Yes, but you did pretend that Berdych and Nishikori were tough in RG's AO draw, and hated it when I said that Roger's draw wasn't as rough as it looked on paper. You were fearing that I was trying to call "cupcake," which I wasn't. But you look back over that draw, knowing what you have to admit about Nishikori's injuries, Berdy's level from last summer up until today, and the rest of it, and tell me who had the better draw. I'm not defensive. I'm just saying you're not always fair when you judge a draw when it comes to Roger and Rafa. It's ok, dude. You're a biased fan. So am I. :smooch:

They were an extremely tough draw FFS. Facing top 10 players in the 3rd and 4th round isn't ideal for anyone. And Nishikori's injury seems to have gotten worse, you already admitted you didn't see the match between Fed and Nishikori. Well that match was either the 1st or 2nd best match of the tourney in terms of quality, so how much did Kei's injury truly affect things? Clearly on paper Roger's AO draw was tougher than Rafa's, though I will say that Grigor played like a beast in the semi, much better than Stan played.

Zverev evens it up! This is setting up to be a great rivalry going forward. I think Nick should take this, as he's been rather the better player, but Sasha is hard-headed.

Sad to be missing this, following the scores and seems like a hell of a battle.

If Bautista and Berdych have given more work to Roger is not Rafa's fault, anyway they are not top ten players same like Rafa's opponents

Sets it up nicely for the deciding set. Something tells me this might be the defining rivalry of the future above any others.
You like "Kygiev," or "Zverios" as a blended name? ;)

El Dude, she is correct and another poster told your comparison of Rafa to Ferrer was ridiculous.. we spoke about this before but as a moderator you are unfair at times.,you called me immature which was uncalled for but I know your character is not to admit when you are wrong. All Carol does is support her player/ champion Nadal. Front and some of the other Fed fans get their panties stuck so far up their backsides that anything that seems disparaging towards Roger is sacrilegious. Now tell me so it's clear, this is Tennis Frontier or Tennis Federer only !

Wow, you're still upset with me for something I said, what, a year ago? Talk about holding grudges. I guess I hit a nerve.

Anyhow, if you have a problem with me as a moderator, feel free to contact kskate. I don't see how I am being "unfair," though. My actions as a forum participant have nothing to do with moderation...am I unfairly moderating you or Carol or someone else? Please illuminate.

As for your remark about my character, that is just uncalled for. First of all, you don't know me. Second of all, I'm frequently wrong and willing to admit when I feel that is the case. Just ask my wife ;). But in the case of the Ferrer comparison, there is obvious misunderstanding and/or plain disagreement. I'm not going to say I'm wrong just because you either don't understand what I'm saying (that is, missing the subtlety) or we simply disagree. Or am I wrong about something else?
