Congrats to Vika for completing the IW & M double :clap. I can't even recall the last time this double was done on the women's side. With Serena boycotting IW for so many years, she probably did not do it
either.

so Sveta was congratulated by everyone on her win over Serena so that she will stink up the final..this year feels like that Wozniacki year when tennis was in transition.
I hope a young hungry player with star quality will step up and takeover from Serena and Venus...Wozniacki has name recognition and star quality....no more dopers from eastern europe.

it was a crappy final to say the least...last year s final was better than this .Miami always have good finals...this is one of the worst finals ever..
I think in about two years women tennis will lose a lot of fans,who wants to hear Azarenka hooting in every final.

It lost me years ago! It's almost vile all that grunting and groaning for every stroke! It's bad enough with Rafa and Ferrer, all the women are too loud! :cover :nono :angel: :cry

thats a meaningless stat that no one cares about...Kimmy Pooh had her double but no one remembers.These are the stats that are not memorable.
I remember Rafa s stats from Roland Garros,Roger s Wimbledon wins,Venus Wimbledon wins and Serena slam x2,Serena s Miami 8x times wins.Na li first slam and Schiavone s improbable win at RG...the rest is just a blur..
