Grigor has the toughest draw.

The potential line up of opponents for him are

R64 ----- JMDP
R32 ----- Isner
R16 ---- Raonic
QF --- Kei
SF --- Novak
F --- It is really academic, if I mention an opponent for Grigor in the final.:cover

That is tough. Given JMDP's condition, Grigor should be able to handle him, but the Isner/Raonic double hurdle, followed by Kei and Novak ... no way.

In IW also Grigor was supposed to meet Milos, but that match never happened, because he lost to Tommy Robredo. His current form do0es not hint to a more positive ooutcome, based on an even more difficult draw.

I want Rafa to face Berdych again in the quarterfinal. He needs to prove to himself the AO loss was aberrant, and gain some confidence.

I got the impression from his post-match interview that he's treating the Raonic loss similar to the 2012 AO loss: there are positives to take away, and he ultimately feels he's moving in the right direction.

This is all assuming he can walk after today's fall ...

I doubt JMDP will get past Pospisil, as a maiden effort back, but however difficult Dimitrov's draw, he should really make an effort to prove that he wants to play with the big boys. Excuses won't fly forever, but if he goes down valiantly, then he will be seen to be on track, at least.

^I would give del Potro a shot. He played decent tennis in his few 2015 matches. But I'm a bit partisan on this, anyway.

only Rafael does it seems like this stuff happens only Rafael

I do not like the "stayed on the ground for 10 minutes" part at all, but seems like he is OK. :s

Update on ankle injury at practice

Rafa says that ankle is okay .. hopefully the ankle feels good on Tuesday..

He says that it okay .. If he gets to face Berdych, he will definitely be more focused

It'll be interesting to see how the Aussies do after their breakthrough IW. No Kyrgios of course, unfortunately, but Tomic has Istomin or a qualifier in round 2, and Kokkinakis has Berlocq first up, and if he could win that he would play Wawrinka in round 2. I'd be interested to see that match.

Happy with Andy's draw purely for not being in Nole's half. Hope for a good tournament all round, shame Roger will be absent.

I hope Andy can stay focused despite his upcoming wedding.
