I went to the Live Tennis rankings thread to see if they had any idea of how many points players might gain by this tournament, but they're just ignoring it. Seems no one knows. B-)

This is exactly why it's an Exhibition, not a tournament. Do you think Nadal wanted to play Nick? I don't. If they want Rafa to play, he's not going to test his wrist beyond Raonic, and he's not going to play a grudge match against Kyrgios, just for fun.
Yea it's good Nadal playing Raonic, and think the doubles is going to be easy on his body, we see if Nadal plays day 3 don't want him to.

Oh, as tented said on Day 1, I think there's a good chance we get the marquee doubles match of Fedal v. whomever. (My guess is Sock/Tsistipas.) They're gonna give the people what they want. Hopefully that's it for Rafa, though. A lot of play for Roger, though, and I'm a bit surprised. I thought he'd have been a bit more concerned about his back.

LOL...major fail there. Good one. I was looking or an option besides Kyrgios. Well, maybe it will be Kyrgios. Could be Fritz, I guess. Not Isner or Raonic, and Shapo failed as the doubles partner already. Fritz it is, I guess.

Cannot be Shapo/Sock again. That's another rule of the LC. Those doubs pairings are one time only during the event

hey, none of main TV channels - Seven, Nine, Ten , ABC or SBS TV - are doing the LAVER Cup here this year, that's despite each of them having at least four offshoot digital channels :cuckoo:

If you notice, Nick doesn't pull his wacky antics during this type of team format..Wonder Why?

The commentators here noted that Federer's game got better after Nadal gave him that long talk. Before then he was looking as if he was going to lose. Thank you Rafa and good job Federer!

Thank god Nadal had that long talk to Federer so he could win, great win by him. Also Kyrgios needs to stop talking trash and just play tennis.

Why does Anna Wintour wear dark sunglasses in a dimly lit stadium is beyond me.
